Shipping

We currently ship domestically within the United States via UPS and USPS. International Shipping coming soon!
 After purchasing, please allow 1-3 business days for processing, your order will then ship. At checkout, please select the best shipping option to meet your delivery needs.

Shipping costs will vary based on your delivery selection and location. Detailed rates will be displayed at check-out. Local pick-up is also available to customers in the St. Louis, MO metro area. 

Orders that have not been shipped, can be canceled by contacting us. If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy on instructions on how to return your order. 

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Ardor Hair Co. takes great pride in our products, and we strive for perfection with every customer. Our natural, raw hair extensions lack chemical processing, multi – donor hair strands, and any other tampering which would yield subpar quality and longevity.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer care team at support@ardorhairco.com.  Most issues can be resolved with advice from our customer care team.  If you have a rare issue and would like to initiate the return process, please reach out to our customer care team with the details of your concern and experience, and they will advise on next steps.  We must be contacted within 7 days of the date you received the item. Only hair products that are fully intact with the tags attached will be accepted for return and refund. Any altered packaging/product, including hair that has been worn, washed, colored, or damaged will not be eligible for return. The buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a traceable postal carrier with signature requirement. We are not responsible for items lost during transit. Upon receipt, our customer care team will inspect the product and advise on return acceptance. You will be contacted within 3 days of us receiving the return, and if acceptable, we will initiate a refund. Exchanges are only permitted in the event that you received the wrong item.   Any lace products; custom orders, including colored hair; or hair accessories are not eligible for return and are final sale.Â
